4 eggs
190ml golden syrup
190ml maple syrup
75 g melted butter
10 g cornflour
60 g sugar
Pecan Pie recipe method
- Mix eggs, sugar, golden and maple syrup together
- Add cornflour and stir well
- Then add the melted butter and stir well
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the base of pre-baked tart case and top with mix
- Arrange half pecans neatly on the top
- Bake in fan oven at 140°C until set
